Aviator Starter Pack is designed for proof-of-concept testing within
organizations looking for a better way to manage their electronic documents.
The Starter Pack offers customers the right amount of assistance to get their
Aviator pilot environment up and running smoothly.
Aviator's Starter Pack consists of
an Aviator Starter Kit and four (4) days of service.
The Starter Kit includes:
- a 3-user license for
Aviator
- the latest Aviator
software release, with the open source code, and the latest ODMA client
release
- complete documentation,
including the Administrator's Guide, User Guide, and ODMA Guide
- free online
product support from Aviator’s Web site
- access to Aviator's
downloads for product updates and patches
- access to Aviator's
online documentation and other
technical information
- access to Aviator’s
FAQs
The services are delivered
as three (3) days on-site and one (1) day off-site to:
- Provide a thorough assessment of
the application in which Aviator will be used
- Preliminary assessment via
conference call between Aviator engineer and customer
- Secondary on-site
assessment
- Get the Aviator library installed
and configured quickly
- Install Aviator's ODMA client for
three (3) end users
- Train system administrators and
end users
- Deliver a written report
summarizing the project and proposing recommendations for the pilot and a
complete deployment
